This site collects information you voluntarily submit when requesting a Call QA pilot (such as name, work email, phone, company, role, vertical, and call volume). We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential pilot or commercial engagement.
Product deployments
Call QA is deployed per organization. Recordings, transcripts, scores, and audit trails for a customer deployment are processed according to that organization’s agreement and infrastructure. They are not collected by this public marketing website.
Retention & sharing
Pilot inquiry data is retained as needed to manage the sales relationship. We do not sell personal information from this form. Hosted form providers (if configured via PUBLIC_PILOT_FORM_ACTION) process submissions under their terms as a processor for Call QA.
